Enlarging a tapered bore on a tractor wheel hub.

Prototyping a new V belt wheel for a portable sawmill.

Designed and machined a mechanical iris engagement ring box on a manual mill and lathe. When the handle is turned, all five petals open and close via hidden pins.

I machined a pair of exact 1:9 scale replica cannons for a collector from scratch. On the right is a muzzle loading 9″ Dahlgren and on the left is a rifled breechloading 7″ Armstrong. These started out as solid 4″ diameter bars of steel.

I don’t have an FFL so I can’t work on firearms, but it is legal to mill slides for red dots since they aren’t firearms. I have milled Glock and Walther slides for a Trijicon RMR, Vortex Venom, and Vortex Viper.
